Our POI lists are in .CSV form. You will need to convert them into a format that is compatible with the cartography software of your sat nav. To do this, we recommend that you use the software supplied when you purchased your sat nav or consult the manufacturer's website.

Otherwise, you can use the free conversion software PoiEdit2007 and follow the procedure described below.

Converting our points of interest files using PoiEdit 2007

• Download the POI list that interests you
• Download the free conversion software, PoiEdit2007 here (PC version only).
• Install PoiEdit 2007
• Start PoiEdit 2007
• Select “Create new POI File”
• Click “Open”
• Select the POI list you have downloaded on your disk
• Scroll down and select the format that corresponds to the make of your sat nav
• Click OK
• Click “Save As” and choose a place to save the converted file
• Enter a file name
• Select an appropriate file type, for instance “TomTom Binary” if you have a TomTom sat nav
• Click "Save"
